Description
Following their standing-room only Spotlight session at ISPOR 2024 in Atlanta, "Medicare Drug Price Negotiation: Lessons from the First 10 Drugs Selected," Drs Inma Hernandez, Sean Sullivan, and Emma Cousin provide a new analysis of which drugs may be next for price negotiations. This session will be highly relevant for professionals and researchers in market access, pricing, and HEOR.
The webinar will begin with an introduction of the eligibility criteria for selection of drugs for Medicare drug negotiation. Speakers will review the eligibility of top Part D drugs according to projected 2023 spending for selection for negotiation in CMS' second cycle (February 2025). They will present their forecasts for the list of products likely subject for negotiation and discuss why other drugs with comparable levels of gross spending are likely to be ineligible.
