Hotel Information

The ISPOR 2025 hotel program will include several hotels located in Montreal, all within walking distance of the Montreal Convention Centre.  

Maritz has been appointed as the official and exclusive housing partner for ISPOR 2025. With Maritz, we have secured a range of great hotel accommodation options in various categories and price points in the city. Your hotel reservations will be part of the Conference block, and Maritz will be available to provide support before and during the Conference. 

Several hotels in different categories have been pre-booked at preferred rates for the Conference.  The hotels are located near the Montreal Convention Centre (Conference venue) in the downtown region of Montreal. Room availability is based on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Maritz is the only housing provider for ISPOR 2025. Please be aware of third parties selling fictitious room reservations. These companies may mislead event participants by representing themselves as the official congress accommodation provider and may use a range of tactics to deceive including the usage of the ISPOR logo. In some cases, event participants have been led to believe that they had made a reservation, only to arrive at the event to find that no reservation has been made and their credit cards may have been charged.
