About Patient-Centered Research
Patient-centered research aims to assure that the views and needs of patients are kept in sharp focus for health research. HEOR is increasingly including the “patient voice” in research. Patient-centered research topics can include stated preferences, patient satisfaction, health state utilities, patient-reported outcomes, quality of life outcomes, patient behavior and incentives, patient engagement, instrument development, as well as adherence, persistence, and compliance.
