This webinar will inaugurate the third edition of the series of webinars sponsored by FIFARMA on Value and Access to Innovation, and will be focused on exploring the relationship between health and the economy and how to ensure the long term healthcare system sustainability.
Dennis Ostwald will present key findings from his research on the social impact of medical innovation, in which he studied the “spillover” effects on society and the country's wider economy of ongoing medical progress.
Learning Objectives
Understand the link between investment in health and different dimensions of the economy.
Demonstrate evidence collected in the speakers' research on the impact of health financing in Latin American countries.
