ISPOR Recognized for Exceptional Work With dotCOMM and APEX Awards

Gold Awards Granted for Brand Refresh and ISPOR 2018 Highlights Videos

Lawrenceville, NJ, USA—August 27, 2018—ISPOR, the professional society for health economics and outcomes research, has won 2 Gold dotCOMM awards for its “The New ISPOR” and ISPOR 2018 conference highlights videos, as well as an APEX Award of Excellence for its “The New ISPOR” branding video. The dotCOMM awards competition is an international contest designed to recognize excellence in web creativity and digital communication. It is administered and judged by the Association of Marketing and Communication Professionals, one of the marketing and communication industry’s most esteemed assessors of creative work. The APEX awards competition is an international contest sponsored by Communications Concepts, Inc, and is designed to recognize publication excellence. APEX 2018 drew more than 1400 entries and bestowed 100 Grand Awards in 12 major categories and 556 Awards of Excellence in 100 subcategories. The winning ISPOR entries are:
  • The New ISPOR” Video During ISPOR’s 20+ year history, the healthcare field has changed dramatically. Health economics and outcomes research has become increasingly important as governments and other payers grapple with how to provide the best possible health outcomes at affordable costs. For these reasons, ISPOR recently introduced updated branding and produced this short video to reveal the new look. ISPOR’s agency partner for “The New ISPOR” was Taft Communications.
  • ISPOR 2018 Conference Highlights” Video ISPOR recently held its ISPOR 2018 conference in Baltimore, MD, USA. The conference, centered on the theme "Real-World Evidence, Digital Health, and the New Landscape for Health Decision Making," drew nearly 4000 stakeholders in health economics and outcomes research. The conference not only provided an opportunity to learn from experts and contribute to the science, but also facilitated professional development and networking. This video captures highlights from this conference. ISPOR’s conference video partner was Hans Johnson Studios.
