The methods of healthcare financing adopted by different governments is dependent not only on the nation's political ideology and the society's values but also on the economic and financial pressure each country faces. In light of the current global economic recession, these funding channels are interpreted from a sustainability perspective and governments are on the search for new methods and approaches to sustain and even increase the financing of healthcare, especially after the COVID-19 pandemic. In this webinar, ISPOR Chapter members from the Arabic network will present the different funding channels in their countries, share experience about the current challenges and discuss possible opportunities that have not yet been explored.
