ISPOR Membership Fee Waiver
ISPOR offers a membership fee waiver to individuals from developing countries (as per the World Bank Classification of Low-Lower/Upper-Middle Income Countries). ISPOR recognizes that these individuals could greatly benefit from the services and information available to ISPOR members and that the Society would greatly benefit by including these individuals as members. ISPOR's mission is to promote health economics and outcomes research excellence to improve decision making for health globally. To be considered for an ISPOR membership fee waiver, please complete the application below.
Fee Waiver Criteria
Acceptance Criteria:
Must be currently residing and working in an economically developing country as per World Bank List.
Must be from one of the following work environments:
Hospital/Clinical/Pharmacy | Academia | Managed Care | Government/HTA | Individual Consultant/Self-Employed | Patient Organization | Non-Profit | Student
Must demonstrate a willingness to contribute to the Society.
Fee waivers can only be granted for 2 consecutive years unless the applicant serves in a leadership role within one or more ISPOR member group.
All fee waiver decisions are taken into consideration based on the merit of the application.

Please have these documents available before you begin the application: a copy of your CV/Resume and documentation of country of residence (example: copy of driver's license). If you do not include the requested items, your application will not be processed. After completing the application form, please upload the requested documents at the requested places at the bottom of the page. When a completed application including CV/Resume and proof of residency has been received, your application will be reviewed and you will be contacted within 10 business days of the decision.
