Julia Chamova is senior director, content strategies at ISPOR, the leading global professional society for health economics and outcomes research. Ms. Chamova has more than 20 years of experience in strategic alliances, partnerships and stakeholder involvement strategy implementation in healthcare sector. At ISPOR Ms. Chamova leads cross-functional teams in development and alignment of the organization's content strategy across the ISPOR enterprise. She also supports ISPOR with its digital health strategy implementation and innovation projects, assists with design and development of new products and programs (ISPOR Signal), and contributes to organizational leadership activities as member of the ISPOR Senior Leadership Team.
Previously, Ms. Chamova was in charge of the operations of the European network for Health Technology Assessment (EUnetHTA), playing key role in developing long-term sustainability and stakeholder involvement strategies, the governance and organizational structure of the network, ensuring a solid legal and financial base for operations and cultivating and maintaining strong focus on continuous management of strategic partnerships for the network. Prior to her role at EUnetHTA, Ms Chamova was in charge of the planning and operations of the International Network for HTA (INAHTA) while working for the national HTA agency in Sweden (SBU). Ms. Chamova also founded a strategy and policy development consultancy company, providing consulting services both for industry, governmental and non-for-profit organizations.
