Dr. Worley, Director of internal research at Humana Healthcare Research, oversees the portfolio of research initiatives that are used to support health plan decisions and initiatives around both pharmaceutical products and medical interventions.  Prior to joining Humana in 2010, she spent 10 years in the Pharmacoeconomics, Epidemiology, and Biostatistics division at Procter & Gamble Pharmaceuticals and Warner Chilcott Pharmaceuticals.  As an active member ISPOR, she was heavily involved in the Comparative Effectiveness Research Collaborative Initiative (CER-CI) between ISPOR, the Academy of Managed Care Pharmacy (AMCP), and the National Pharmaceutical Council (NPC).  Dr. Worley served on the Board of Directors for ISPOR from 2014 to 2016 and is the current co-chair of ISPOR’s North American HTA Roundtable.  She previously chaired the Editorial Advisory Board for the Journal of Managed Care Pharmacy (2014-2016) and has published and presented her research in a variety of clinical, surgical, and managed-care oriented journals and conferences.
