Bnetwork has been appointed as the official and exclusive housing agent for ISPOR Europe 2022. Your hotel reservations will be part of the Conference block and bnetwork will be available to provide support before and during the Conference. 

 Hotels in Vienna, Austria 

Several hotels in different categories have been pre-booked at preferential rates for the Conference. Rates include breakfast and local VAT. The hotels are located near Austria Center Vienna (Conference venue) and the city center of Vienna lies within easy reach (15-20 min). Room availability is based on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Hotel Booking Policies

Individual Booking Policies


Advanced Deposit Required: An advanced deposit must accompany all room reservations. Upon acknowledgment of booking, a deposit corresponding to 50% of the total cost of your reservation is required to secure your hotel booking. The remaining 50% will be due on October 5, 2022.

*Bookings without payment will not be confirmed

Cancellations: All cancellations must be sent in writing to the Housing Agent via email at the following address: isporhotels@bnetwork.com. Please note that hotels will not accept any changes or cancellations directly. 

  • From July 8, 2022, to October 5, 2022, in case of cancellation, attendees will be charged a 10% fee for canceled nights.
  • From October 6, 2022, 100% of the reservation is non-refundable. No refunds can be made.

If you would like to make changes to your reservations, all reservation changes can be made through the booking website at the "My Account" function or in writing via email to isporhotels@bnetwork.com. Changes will be confirmed by bnetwork within 24 hours and are subject to availability.

Important: The above booking policy supersedes the hotel’s normal cancellation policy for reservations and any terms listed on the individual confirmation forms.

Group Booking Policies

For reservations of 5 or more rooms, you may book online or contact bnetwork directly to complete the booking process. Please contact bnetwork for further information.

Advanced Deposit Required: An advanced deposit must accompany all room reservations. Upon acknowledgment of booking, a deposit corresponding to 50% of the total cost of your reservation is requested to secure your hotel booking. The remaining balance will be due on October 5, 2022.

Cancellations: Group reservations must adhere to the following cancellation policy

  • From confirmation of your hotel allotment until August 5, 2022, 100% of the initial reserved rooms can be canceled without penalty.
  • From August 5, 2022, to September 5, 2022, 30% per night, can be canceled without penalty. Any canceled room nights exceeding the allowed percentage will be charged in full.
  • From September 6, 2022, to October 5, 2022, 20% per night, can be canceled without penalty. Any canceled room nights exceeding the permitted percentage will be charged in full.
  • From October 6, 2022, to October 28, 2022, 5% per night, can be canceled without penalty. Any canceled room nights exceeding the permitted percentage will be charged in full.
  • From October 29, 2022, 100% of reservations are non-refundable. No refunds can be made.

IMPORTANT ALERT

Please be aware of third parties selling fictitious room reservations. These companies may mislead event participants by representing themselves as the official congress accommodation provider and may use a range of tactics to deceive including the usage of the ISPOR logo. In some cases, event participants have been led to believe that they had made a reservation, only to arrive at the event to find that no reservation has been made and their credit cards may have been charged.
