Pascale Lehoux is Scientific Vice-President of the Institut National d’Excellence en Santé et Services Sociaux (INESSS) and full professor with the Department of Health Management, Evaluation and Policy at the Université de Montréal.

Ms. Lehoux held the Canada Research Chair in Health Innovations (2005-2015). Her 7-year research program on Responsible Innovation in Health (entitled In Fieri) was funded through the highly competitive Foundation Scheme of the Canadian Institutes of Health Research. She has published two books and more than 170 peer-reviewed scientific articles.

She received the 30th Anniversary Medal of the Canadian Agency for Drugs and Technologies in Health (2019) and the Peggy Leatt Award from the University of Toronto (2021). The Gérard-Parizeau Award from HEC Montréal and the Université de Montréal (2024) underscored her exceptional contribution to the field of health innovation.
